Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes any item with names, dates, colors, or custom design elements selected at the time of order.
Order Issues & Damages
We stand behind our products and want you to love your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Non-Custom Items (if applicable)
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for errors made during ordering (e.g., typos, incorrect sizes, or color selections).
- Slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen differences and the handmade/custom nature of our products.
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
